    Spray drying is a method of fluidization technology used to dry liquid materials. Studies using spray-drying to prepare microcapsules are under way. They are suspended in a solution of a cloth material and sprayed into a hot air stream by a centrifugal atomizer.      Freeze-drying is a method in which the liquid material to be dried is frozen into a solid, and the sublimation performance of ice is used under low-temperature decompression conditions to dehydrate the material at a low temperature to achieve drying.
